目的探讨野战微创介入救治方舱临床应用过程中护士长的管理方法与效果。方法护士长在执行任务前进行设备配置并对护士进行培训;救治过程中担任方舱展开收拢的组织管理、人员安排、感染控制及围手术期护理管理等工作。结果护士长在方舱应用中的组织管理确保了方舱临床应用的护理安全,提高了救治时效性。结论护士长在野战微创介入救治方舱临床应用中的作用至关重要。

Objective To explore the roles and the effects of head nurses in the process of applying minimally invasive interventional treatment shelter in field battle. Methods In the process of applying minimally invasive interventional treatment shelter in field battle, the head nurses played the organizing and management roles in personnel allocation task preparation, and acted as the manager of organization, management, personnel placement, infection control and peri- operative nursing of upholding and closing of the shelter during the rescue process. Results The nursing safety in clinical application of the shelter was ensured and the operation efficiency was improved by the organizing and management role of head nurses. Conclusion The role of head nurses is particularly important in applying minimally invasive interventional treatment shelter in field battle.
