Research on Planning and Implemention of Protection Line for Xi'an Urban Rail Transit

城市轨道交通保护线是城市黄线的一种,是城市规划强制性内容之一。根据《西安市城市轨道交通条例》以及城市黄线编制相关要求,结合西安地铁运营、在建和规划三种不同线路的实际情况,提出轨道交通保护线规划的目标、原则、方法,并以典型车站为例对规划成果进行说明。规划的编制和实施,为轨道交通保护区内建设工程的审批、监护和执法提供依据。

Protection line of urban rail transit is a kind of city yellow line and mandatory content of city planning. According to ＂Xi＇ an City Urban Rail Transit Regulations＂ and related requirements of the city yellow line, considering the actual situation of Xi＇ an metro, this paper proposed the planning goals, principles and methods for protection line, and analyzed the planning results of a representative station. Compilation and implementation of the planning will provide the basis for approval and law enforcement of projects in rail transit protection area.
