摘要
在城市发展过程中,公共交通带动城市土地发展已经成为共识,以轨道交通站点为核心构建捷运社区已被证明是一种有效的途径。介绍并分析美国捷运社区的发展模式,提出在建设捷运社区的过程中要重视对社区规模的控制,并结合我国的实际情况,认为需要进一步考虑对社区规模的界定。最后针对捷运社区在我国推广的过程中可能遇到的问题,提出几点建议。
In the process of city development, it has become a consensus that public traffic enhances the urban land use. Construction of transit villages around a rail transit station has been proved to be an effective way to reach this object. This paper introduces and analyzes the development model of transit villages in the United States, suggesting that we should attach importance to the scale control during the construction process. Considering the actual situation in China the scale should be further considered. Suggestions are put forward for the transit village development in China with the issues to be encountered and addressed.
