短信平台教育在儿童哮喘管理中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:提高哮喘儿童及家属对哮喘的认知及治疗的依从性,降低哮喘复发率。方法:在门诊选择哮喘儿童86例,随机分为短信教育组与对照组。短信教育组(下称短信组)首诊时给予常规教育和离院后短信教育;对照组只是在首诊时给予常规教育。结果:在遵医行为方面,短信组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);对于哮喘知识掌握程度,短信组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);短信组的哮喘复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对哮喘儿童及家属进行短信教育可以帮助他们获得解决问题的知识和技能,有利于儿童哮喘的控制。
