面向基层的专科临床医学专业人才培养目标研究

On the Objective of Clinical Medical Talent Training at Grass-roots Colleges

目的:明确专科临床医学专业人才定位以及培养目标。方法:通过调研访谈,分析基层卫生人才现状、专科临床医学专业人才的需求、基层医生就业岗位工作任务。结果:基层需求大量的专科层次实用性高素质医学人才,基层医生的就业岗位主要任务是从事临床诊疗、疾病预防、保健、疾病康复、计划生育及健康教育等六方面的相关工作。结论:专科临床医学专业人才培养目标是培养能够在基层医疗卫生机构开展医疗卫生服务的实用性高素质医学人才。

Objective: To explicit the talent orientation and training objective of clinical medicine at college. Methods: Through the investigation and interviews,the current situation of grass-roots health care personnel,the demand of college clinical medical talents and the tasks of grass-roots were analyzed. Results: The basic medical care needs a large number of college level practical medical talents with high quality. The main positions of grass-roots doctors cover six aspects: clinical diagnosis and treatment,disease prevention,health care,rehabilitation,family planning and health education. Conclusion: The objective of talent training of clinical medicine at college is to cultivate practical and high-quality medical talents and enable them to carry out the medical and health services in basic medical and health institutions.
