摘要 目的 :探讨人血液流变性对恒定磁场的效应。方法 :采用马蹄形永恒磁铁 ,两极间平均磁场强度 2 .3 3× 10 4GS,选择急性脑梗塞和脑出血患者各 13例 ,取静脉血二份 ,一份作切割磁力线运动 ,再分别测定血流变 13项指标。结果 :经磁场作用后血液全血低切粘度、低切还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数较对照组降低 ,红细胞电泳率较对照组升高 ( P<0 .0 1~ 0 .0 0 1)。结论 :人血液经恒磁场作用后 ,红细胞表面负电荷增多。 Objective: To investigate of the constant magnetic field to the hemorheology. Methods: The parameters of hemorheology were measured in the two groups patients with acute cerebral embolism and cerebral hemorhage respectivity(each group has 13 cases). Two tests were done for every patient, one is control and the other add the horse shoe constant magnetics field(B= 2.33 ×10 4 GS). Results: Compare with the control, under the influence of the magnetics field, the whole blood low specific viscosity, whole blood low reduction specitic viscosity, aggregation index of RBC were lower obviously( P < 0.001 ), increase of rate of electrophoresis( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion: The reason of the changes above is due to the increase of the number of the electric charges of the RBC surface after the influence of the magnetics field.
