The results of choice feeding tests with Mus musculus captured from Urumqi area on various baits shows that the acceptance in selection of 4 grains are rice maize wheat barley, It is better to accept the soaked wheat than the dried one which is better than the oiled one in selection of the lure kinds, The standard bait is better than the sugar and the salt baits in selecting lure agents. The lumpish bait is better than the mixbait and single bait in selecting many mixture baits. The capacity for the water drinked for the rats daily was obtained.
