摘要
目的 研究雌激素在体外对骨形成的影响。方法 采用胚胎小鼠长骨培养模型 ,测定不同浓度雌酚酮对长骨钙、磷、羟脯氨酸含量和碱性磷酸酶活性的影响。结果 当培养介质中雌酚酮浓度为 10 7mol/L时 ,培养 48h后 ,长骨钙、磷、羟脯氨酸含量和碱性磷酸酶活性与对照组相比显著升高。
Objective To study the effect of estrogen on bone formation in vitro. Methods Biochemical ananysis was used for determining the effects of estrone at different concentrations on the activity of ALP and the contents of calcium,phosphorous and hydroxyproline in long bone of fetal mouse.Results After culture for 48 h in medium containing 10 7 mol/L estrone,compared with control mice,the activity of ALP and the contents of calcium,phosphorous and hydroxyproline in long bone of fetal mice significantly increased.Conclusion Estrogen may enhance bone formation in vitro
