Summary of Professor Li Shizeng's Experience on the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

李世增教授为北京市第四批老中医专家学术经验继承工作指导老师、第五批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作及学位指导老师,从事中医临床及科研工作近50年,擅长治疗消化系统疾病,特别在治疗慢性胃炎(浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎)方面,积累了丰富的经验,注重辨病施治,同中求异,应用清、和、润、补、化瘀等法,用药注重清、轻、简而不再伤胃之虞,临床取得较好的效果。

Objective： To sum up the experience of Professor Li Shizeng on the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods： By collecting a large number of cases of chronic gastritis treated by Professor Li Shizeng, this paper summarized his treatment methods on chronic gastri-tis, and evaluated the treatment efficacy through the means of clinical observation. Results： Professor Li Shizeng often applies five treat-ment methods, namely clearing heat, harmonization, moistening, supplement and invigorating blood, combining pattern differentiation with disease differentiation. Conclusion： Professor Li Shizeng has accumulated rich clinical experience about the treatment of chronic gastritis and has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.
