摘要
结合重庆千厮门嘉陵江大桥的总体布置及结构特点,对采用中跨悬臂拼装、边跨支架架设和中、边跨全悬臂拼装的总体架设方案进行了对比分析,并分别对塔旁起始段桁梁、标准节间桁梁、边跨桁梁和合龙段桁梁的施工方案及工艺进行比选和介绍。实践表明,总体及分项施工方案能有效降低安全质量风险、缩短工期和节约成本。
Based on the general layout and structural characteristics of Qiansimen Jialing River Bridge in Chongqing, the authors compare and analyze two general erection schemes,that is,cantilever erection for middle span and support erection for side span, complete cantilever erection for middle span and side span. Then the authors introduce the comparison and selection of some construction schemes and processes, including the truss girder in inital segment around tower, the truss girder in standard internodes,the truss girder in side span,the truss girder in closure segment. Engineering practice shows that general and partial construction scheme can effectively reduce safety and quality risk, shorten time limit, save cost.
