摘要 由扰动引起的输电线路上0.1~2.0Hz的功率振荡,称为低频振荡。随着电力技术的不断发展,低频振荡成为影响电网安全性和稳定性的重要问题。介绍了低频振荡的背景知识和一些基本概念;对低频振荡的产生机理进行了归纳总结并阐述和评价了国内外针对低频振荡现象所采用的识别方法,重点分析了信号分析方法;阐明对于低频振荡的研究需要进一步完善和加强。 Low-frequency oscillation is referred to as the power oscillation caused by 0.1~2.0 Hz disturbances on the transmission line. With the development of power technology, the low-frequency oscillation has become an important issue affecting the security and stability of the power grid. This paper, first of all, introduces the background knowledge and some basic concepts of the low-frequency oscillation. Secondly, generation mechanisms of the low-frequency oscillation are summarized and the identification methods of the low-frequency oscillation both at home and abroad are described and evaluated with focus on the signal analysis. Finally, the paper points out that studies on the low-frequency oscillation needs to be strengthened and improved.
