摘要 基于IEC 61850标准设计了基于IEC61850 MMS通信的仿真测试系统,实现了IEC 61850服务器通信模块的仿真,对下通过与过程层设备通信实现交流量(SMV)数据的采集和控制量(GOOSE)数据的交互,对上通过IEC 61850服务器通信模块将四遥信息及时向监控后台的上传,同时实时响应监控后台的各种命令,实现了全站各数字化装置的仿真,对智能变电站技术的研究和工程测试联调发挥了重要作用,文中详细介绍了站控层仿真测试系统的设计原理和体系架构,并对各个功能模块的实现进行详细的阐述,对其应用场景和实际使用效果也进行了详实描述。 A communication simulation test system based on IEC 61850 is designed according to the IEC 61850 standard and the module simulation of the IEC 61850 server is realized. This system can collect AC (SMV) data from merging Unit (MU), interact controlling data (GOOSE) with smart terminal Device(STD, upload data information to the IEC 61850 client, and response to the command of the IEC 61850 client. The system has achieved the simulation of each digital device in the digital substation, and played an important role in the technology research and engineering test of the digital substation. This paper describes in detail the design principles and architecture of the communication simulation test system and introduces the detailed application conditions and actual effects of the system.
