摘要
目的 研究大剂量黄连素对 2型糖尿病患者血液流变学的影响。方法 随机选择 6 0岁以上 2型糖尿病患者 112例 ,所有病例用二甲双呱进行常规降糖治疗 ,其中 78例同时服用黄连素 40d ,34例同时用川芎嗪静脉滴注 2个疗程 (2 0d) ,分别检测用药前、后血液流变学 (包括血小板膜糖蛋白 ,简称CD6 2 ) ,并同时对血糖、血脂进行观察。结果 黄连素和川芎嗪治疗后 ,血液流变学各指标均较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 0 1)。表明黄连素和川芎嗪可明显改善血液粘度和减少红细胞和血小板聚集。其中 ,黄连素治疗后在降低血浆粘度、降低红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白元及血糖等方面比川芎嗪组更明显 (P <0 0 1)。结论 大剂量黄连素及川芎嗪均有明显改善糖尿病患者的血液流变学 ,且黄连素对降低血浆粘度、红细胞聚集。
Objective To study the effect of herberine on hemorrheology in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 112 cases (>60 years old)with type 2 diabetes mellitus by choice randomly took oraly meftormin therapy (78 cases with herberine treatment,34 cases with tetramethylp razine,TMP) Hemorrheologic indexes (including platelet membrane glycoprotein,CD 62)were observed before and after treatment.Blood glucose and blood lipids were observed as well.Results Homorrheoigic indexes were decreased significantly than those before treatment.Herberine and TMP improved obviously blood viscosity and decreased erythtrocyte and platelet aggregation.Conclusions Herberine and TMP improve significantly hemorrheology in type 2 diabetic patients.Effect of herbreine is better than that of TMP in decreasing plasma viscosith erythrocytic aggregation,fibrinogen and blood glucose.
