摘要
箱体是机器或部件的基础零件,孔加工是箱体加工的关键所在,加工中心尤其适合箱体零件的加工.结合实例对工件的装夹、受热以及刀具自重和切削力引起的箱体孔变形的原因进行分析,并提出解决问题的方法.
The case is the basic machine or machine part and hole processing is the key to the case processing. Computerized Numerical Control Machine (CNC Machine) is especially suitable for the case' s parSs processing. In this paper, with the analysis of the deformation of cabinet holes induced by the work piece clamping, heat and tool weight and cutting force, some solutions to the deformation problem are proposed.
