新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病应用苷肌肽联合丹参注射液治疗的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病应用苷肌肽联合丹参注射液治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取本院在2010年3月-2013年3月收治的160例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础双使用苷肌肽联合丹参注射液治疗。结果:两组患儿经过治疗在治疗2周、3周以及1个月时间上神经行为评分上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病应用苷肌肽联合丹参注射液治疗的临床疗效显著,值得在临床上广泛推广和应用。 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Glycosides carnosine combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Method: To select 160 patients from March 2010 to March 2013 who were diagnosed with HIE, and randomly divided them into treatment group and control group, the control group was treated with conventional therapy, while the treatment group was treated with Glycosides carnosine combined with Danshen injection.Result: There was significant difference between the two groups in Neurobehavioral score after 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and after a month'treatment.Conclusion: Glycosides carnosine combined with Danshen injection has remarkable advantage for HIE, it should widely spread in clinical application.
