摘要
目的:探讨和研究跟骨骨折患者应用螺旋CT三维重建技术扫查对骨折重组方式及复杂骨折显示的临床效果,并分析其诊断价值。方法:52例患者进行足部螺旋CT扫描,分别用软组织算法B30s和骨算法B60s进行薄层重建,在3D工作站进行多方位MPR和VR重组。结果:本组52例患者共86处骨折,单侧骨折18例,双侧骨折34例,MPR结果显示粉碎性骨折54处,线性骨折32处,骨算法重建MPR图像骨窗能够清晰的观察到骨折情况并明确骨折片数目、骨折线的走向、关节面损伤以及关节腔内骨折情况;软组织算法重建MPR图像同样能够清晰观察软组织及肌腱损伤情况。结论:螺旋CT三维重建技术应用多平面重组和容积再现重组能够清晰地对跟骨骨折患者的骨折及软组织损伤情况,为临床诊断和治疗提供必要、可靠的依据,值得在临床上加以推广和应用。
Objective:To explore and study of calcaneal fractures with spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction techniques to scan the fracture mode and the clinical effect of recombinant display complex fractures,and to evaluate the diagnostic value of it.Method:Foot spiral CT scan was performed in 52 patients,the thin section reconstructions were performed by using soft tissue algorithm B30s and bone algorithm B60s respectively. All images were transferred into the workstation and reformatted by multilane reconstruction (MPR) and volume rendering (VR).Result:A total of 52 patients,86 fractures,fracture of unilateral in 18 cases,bilateral fractures in 34 cases,MPR showed comminuted fractures in 54 sides,32 sides of linear fracture,bone algorithm reconstruction of MPR images of bone window could clearly observe the fracture and fracture.The number,the fracture line joint surface injury and intra-articular fracture were cleared;soft tissue reconstruction algorithm of MPR image could clearly observe the soft tissue and tendon injuries.Conclusion:The application of spiral CT 3D reconstruction technique of multiplanar reconstruction and volume rendering reconstruction can clearly of calcaneal fractures in patients with fracture and soft tissue injury,to provide the necessary,a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,it is worth to be promoted and applied in clinic.
