Innovation Research for Yunnan International Education Service Ability

高等教育国际化是21世纪世界各国高等教育发展的主流趋势,是现代大学建设的关键要素及重要内容。调研数据显示,目前云南高校国际教育缺乏吸引力和竞争力的最主要原因在于课程设置滞后和教育质量不高,尤其是基础性、前沿性和新兴学科与发达国家、甚至中等发达地区相比差距较大。因此,针对高等教育国际服务中存在的问题,研究沿着质量保证、师资队伍、教学管理服务、学科专业建设和跨文化沟通的思路,提出云南高等教育国际化发展的对策建议。

The primary trend in the development of higher education around the world is towards greater and greater globalization. This globalization has become an important developmental concept and characteristic of modern universities. Research statistics indicate that to date higher education in Yun- nan Province is not attractive or competitive, mostly due to academic programs which lag behind the times and have low academic quality. This is especially true for foundational courses as well as the cutting-edge and up-and-coming sciences where Yunnan＇s higher education lags behind developed countries or even more developed areas within China. Therefore, in order to address the existing problems within the international services provided by higher education, conceptual research has focused on： ensuring quality, staffing faculty, academic administrative services, and the establishment of academic majors and intercultural communication based thinking. Countermeasures are proposed for the development of globalization within Yunnan＇s higher education.
