摘要
黄骅港三期工程是一个用筒仓群代替露天堆场的大型煤炭专用输出港口,工艺创新带来了控制系统的变革。包括大量中低压变频驱动应用在皮带机输送系统上,筒仓卸料小车无人自动堆料作业实现,取装线节能减员作业模式创新,煤筒仓的安全监护系统等。文章以要实现的工艺功能为主线,对黄骅三期工程控制系统实现做了详细阐述。
Huanghua Poll Phase III Project is a large special coal handling terminal using coal silos instead of opeo-air yard stockpiling. This innovation brings the changes of central control system. It covers the medium and low voltage inventers adopted on belt conveyor system, non-manual control for silo tripper cars, retorm of shiploading operation lines based on power saving and personnel reduction, safety monitoring of coal silos, etc. This article describes the implement of the control system in de- tail following the function requirement of the technological process.
