摘要
针对目前港口、电厂、钢铁厂、煤矿等对输送设备的能力要求和工艺要求的提高,传统的分叉溜槽给料结构难以满足多线作业的需要。文中以黄骅港三期工程为背景,阐述了带式输送机用伸缩给料装置在多点给料的复杂转接环境下的成功应用,不仅解决了多点给料的难题,也解决了多点给料除铁难的问题,为多点给料形式提供了全新的解决方案。
Aiming at the improvement demand for the ability and technological requirements of conveying equipment by ports, power plants, steel mills and coal mines Traditional structure of bifurcation chute feeding is difficult to meet the demand of multi-line operations. This paper expounds the successful application of telescopic feeding device for belt conveyor in the com- plex through connection condition of muhipoint feeding in Phase 3 Project of Huanghua Port. It solves the problems of multi- point feeding, and the difficulty of iron removal as multi-point feeding. It provides a new solution for the multi-point feeding form.
