摘要
在黄骅港煤炭储运码头日常运营过程中,带式输送机(简称皮带机)成为煤炭主要的运输方式。目前黄骅港三期工程中BC、BQ、BM线皮带机首次采用低压变频器。通过变频控制,传输系统实现了软起、软停的功能,并实现低中高三种速度转换。通过一段时间试运行,能量回馈型变频器逐步在黄骅港工程中得到应用,取代了原有的工频运载模式。运行更安全,节能效果显著。文章主要介绍了黄骅港BC、BQ、BM皮带机控制系统设计,基于ABB公司的ACS800-11型能量回馈型变频器的技术特性、现场使用及参数调试等。
Belt conveyor becomes the main transportation way in the daily operation process of Huanghua Coal Storage and transportation terminal. Now low-voltage frequency converter is first used in the belt of BC, BQ and BM in Huanghua Port Phase III Project. With frequency conversion control, the transmission system can be started and stopped softly and make speed conversion from low to high. The frequency converter has been replacing the original frequency mode of conveyance through a period of trial operation, with which the system can run more securely and the energy-saving effect is remarkable. This article mainly introduces the control system design of BC, BQ and BM in Huanghua Port, which is based on the technical characteris- tics, F^eld usage and parameter testingofABB'sACS800-11 frequency converter.
