黄骅港三期工程翻车机房区域除尘设备的选型及应用

Selection and Application of De-dusting Equipment in Car Dumper Area of Huanghua Port Phase Ⅲ Project

黄骅港三期工程建设翻车机房共安装四翻式翻车机2台。翻车机房设干雾抑尘系统和干式除尘系统,翻车机房地下室设机械送风系统。三套系统配合运行,降低了翻车机运转过程中煤尘对机房环境的污染,改善了作业条件,保证了设备和人员的正常工作,达到了清洁生产的目的。

Two sets of 4-car dumpers are installed in car dumper shed of Huanghua Port Phase III Project. Dry fog dust sup- pression and dry de-dusting systems are installed in ear dumper shed. One mechanical ventilation system is installed in the basement of ear dumper shed. Three systems run cooperatively and reduce coal dust contamination to the environment in the car dumper shed during the dumping operation. In addition, they improve working conditions, ensure equipment＇s and personnel＇s normal operation, and achieve cleaner production purpose.
