摘要
针对港口机电设备总承包项目的特点,结合黄骅港三期工程和珠海神华粤电煤炭码头工程两个大型机电设备总承包项目,运用组织理论改造和优化项目管理机构,在项目实施中运用里程碑计划、网络图、资源费用曲线以及动态控制原理等项目管理方法和技术,关注项目前期策划,认真抓好工程设计、设备采购、设备监造、工程施工等管理工作,均提前工期圆满完成工程,取得了良好的效果。
Based on characteristics of port electromechanical equipment general contracting project, combined with general contracting project cases of Huanghua Phase III Project and Zhuhai Shenhua Yuedian Coal Terminal Project, organization of project management is reformed and optimized with the application of theory of organization. The milestone plan, network dia- grams, resource cost curve, dynamic control theory and other project management methods are adopted in the course of pro- ject implementation. The project pre-planning is concerned, and the management of engineering design, equipment procure- ment, equipment manufacturing supervision, construction and etc are carried out strictly. Two projects are completed ahead of schedule and achieve good effects.
