摘要
国家安全生产监督管理局、国家煤矿安全监察局规定,从2012年1月27日起禁止使用干式混凝土喷射机,为此提出了一种将水泥浆与砂石料远距离输送后再混合(搅拌)的新湿喷工艺,并研制了与该工艺方法相匹配的相关装备。介绍了湿喷新工艺方法和原理,通过试验确定了工艺参数。工业性试验表明,该成套技术在大幅度降低施工现场粉尘的同时,喷射面强度也得到了提高。监测数据表明,设备工作状况良好,各项技术指标均达到了预期的设计目标,在煤矿井下支护作业中应用效果良好。
According to the provision of State Administration of Coal Mine Safety, State Administration of Work Safety, dry shotcrete ma chine is forbidden to use from January 27,2012. A new wet spraying concrete process mixing cement slurry with the application of long- distance transmission was put forward, relevant equipment matching to wet spraying concrete operations were also developed. Introduced the principle and method of new wet spraying process, technical parameters were also determined through industrial test. The result of industrial test revealed that, this technology not only can reduce the dust in construction field substantially, but also can improve the strength of sprayed surface. Monitoring data show that, the working conditions of the equipment are good, and all of the parameters have reached expected target, the application effect is good in the supporting operation of coal mine.
