摘要
为了研究特厚煤层综放面支承压力分布规律,采用钻孔应力计进行现场实测支承压力,分析了超前及侧向支承压力的影响范围及应力集中系数。结果表明:工作面超前支承压力影响范围为110 m;超前支承应力峰值为9.7 MPa;应力集中系数为1.43;受超前支承压力的影响,工作面煤壁前方塑性区范围为39.6 m。侧向支承压力表现:距巷帮12 m范围内为塑性区,其中距巷帮5 m内为破碎区,12 m处为侧向压力峰值,最大峰值应力为10.2 MPa。工作面支承压力分布规律的特征表现为影响范围比较大、塑性区较宽,而支承压力峰值不大。
To study abutment pressure distribution rule on fullymechanized top coal caving face of extra thick coal seam, abutment pres sure has been measured actually by borehole stressmeter,the influence range and stress concentration factor of advance and lateral abut ment pressure have been analyzed. Results show that,the influence range of advance abutment pressure on working face is 110 m;ad vance abutment pressure peak is 9.7 MPa;stress concentration factor is 1.43 ;affected by advance abutment pressure,the range of plas tic zone at the coal wall front of working face is 39.6 m. As for lateral abutment pressure,the plastic zone is the 12 m range from road way side,among which 5 m distance from roadway side is fractured zone and 12 m is lateral pressure peak,the maximum peak stress is 10.2 MPa. As for abutment pressure distribution rule on working face,its characteristics is that the influence range is bigger,the width of plastic zone is larger and abutment pressure peak is not high.
