摘要
通过分析综采工作面主要产尘源、机械设备常见故障、粉尘防治技术措施以及人为操作失误等因素,演绎推理综采工作面采煤机司机可能患尘肺病等疾病的触发事件、间接原因和直接原因,确定了导致采煤机司机患尘肺病等疾病的26个基本事件、4层中间事件之间的逻辑关系并编制事故树,求解了事故树最小割集、最小径集,并进行了结构重要度分析。根据事故树分析结果,分别从个人防护、值班和休养制度、机械设备的维护、降尘措施的完善及降尘设备的维护等方面探讨了综采工作面粉尘防治管理的要点和难点。
By analyzing the factors such as main dustcreated sources, common malfunction of machinery,technology measures of dust control and human misoperation etc. ,the triggering event,the indirect and direct causes of shearer drivers suffering from diseases such as pneumoconiosis were determined as 26 basic events and 4layer intermediate events with deductive reasoning. Fault tree was prepared to solve minimal cut sets and minimal path sets of the fault tree, the structure importance analysis was also carried out. Based on the fault tree analysis results,the main points and difficulties of dustproof were discussed from these aspects such as personal protection and recuperation system, maintenance of mechanical equipment, improvement of dust suppression measures and maintenance of dust sup pression equipment.
