摘要
发达地区经济社会发展的探索性实践带来了诸多法律变革,法制建设既为其提供制度保障,同时也推进自身的发展。在该进程中,法律理念发生了实质性的转变,并且进一步要求反映在法律制度的设计上;同时,经济社会的快速发展带来的社会嬗变必然会引起一些法律冲突,需要我们以与时俱进的精神提出对策,统筹二者之间关系,以进一步推进经济社会发展。
The exploratory practices of the economic and social development in developed regions have brought many legal changes, the construction of legal system provides guarantee to the development and strengthens legal construction it self. In the process of legal reform, the substantive changes of legal idea have taken place, and it is bound to be reflected in the legal design. On the other hand, economic and social development have created some con- flicts of law, we must propose strategies to co-ordinate relationships, promote economic and social development.
