我国信托业监管体制的缺陷及其完善

The Defects and Perfection of China's Trust Industry Supervision System

由于我国信托业立法发展相对迟缓,信托业监管体制存在不足,不能满足信托业持续健康、快速发展的需求。为此,需借鉴国外先进监管模式,加强内部监督,完善信托业立法,建立合理有效的信托业监管体制。

Due to the relatively slow development of China＇s trust legislation, there are shortcomings in trust industry regulatory system, which can＇t meet the demand of the continuous, rapid and healthy develop- ment of trust industry. Therefore, we must draw lessons from foreign advanced supervision pattern, strengthen internal supervision, perfect trust industry legislation, in order to establish a reasonable and ef- fective trust industy regulation system.
