欠发达地区村庄空心化影响因素分析——基于安徽省怀宁县洪铺镇黄山村的调查数据

Analysis on Influencing Factors of the Rural Hollowing in the Underdeveloped Areas——Based on the Survey Data of Huangshan Village in Hongpu Town,Huaining County,Anhui Province

通过对安徽省怀宁县洪铺镇黄山村实地调研得出相关数据,了解黄山村村庄空心化现状,并通过数据定量分析出其自改革开放以来村庄空心化演化过程中的主导因素。研究发现村庄空心化率与村庄户均人口数负显著相关,与常年在外劳动力人数、村人均收入、宅化率、人居宅基地面积、初中毕业生升学率显著正相关。基于实证分析,针对欠发达地区村庄空心化现状,从搞好村庄规划、完善土地利用的相关法律制度、加强当地产业结构调整和统筹城乡发展视角四个方面提出治理措施。

Through surveys of Huangshan village in Hongpu town, Huaining County,Anhui Province,the relevant data can be acquired to understand Huangshan rural hollowing situation, and through quantitative a- nalysis, the leading factors in the process of rural hollowing since the reform and opening up can be grasped by us. It is found that rural hollowing rate has a negative significant correlation with average population per home, and has positive significant correlation with perennial outside labor force, rate of per capita income, housing, residential land area, the junior middle school graduation rates. Based on the empirical analysis, four measures are put forward from the perspectives of village planning, improving the relevant legal system of land using, strengthening the local industrial structure adjustment and balancing urban and rural develop- ment to deal with rural hollowing in the underdeveloped areas.
