我国现代远程教育学生辍学原因研究

A Study on the Causes of Dropouts of Modern Distance Education in China

现代远程教育中面临着的高辍学率对于学生和学校来说都是一种损失。本文通过总结分析近十年来我国现代远程教育学生辍学原因的研究论文,得出辍学学生年龄、性别、辍学时间的特点及影响辍学的个人因素、教学机构因素及其他因素,从教学机构的管理、支持服务的保障、教师和学习者的态度、教学策略的制定四方面提出意见,以期为降低辍学率,实现我国现代远程教育持续发展做出些许贡献。

It is conspicuous that the high dropout rate of the modern distance education is a loss to both students and schools. Analyzing the papers which focus on causes of dropouts of modern distance education in China in the past ten years, the study has concluded the characteristics of dropouts, including the age, gen- der, time,as well as the factors of dropouts, like the individual factor, the institution factor and others. In order to reduce, aiming at reducing the dropout rates and make some contributions for the development of modern distance education in China, the writer makes some suggestions including the management of organi- zation, the guarantee o{ supportive service, the teachers＂ and learners＂ working attitude and the implementa- tion of instructional strategies.
