终末期肾病合并低钙血症与高磷血症的研究

Study on end-stage renal disease with hypocalcemia and hyperphospheremia

目的 :研究透析和 1,2 5 (OH) 2 D3(罗钙全 )等综合治疗终末期肾病合并低钙血症与高磷血症的效果。方法 :对 31例 (2 6～ 5 9岁 )终末期肾病合并低钙血症与高磷血症的患者 ,进行了前瞻性的治疗研究 ,应用透析、罗钙全 0 .2 5μg/d口服 ,参考疗效调整剂量。结果 :经过治疗后患者病情明显好转 ,血钙升高 ,血磷降低 ,肾性骨病明显改善 ,瘙痒消失 ,未见过敏等不良反应。结论 :透析与罗钙全等综合治疗终末期肾病合并低钙血症与高磷血症 ,能取得满意的疗效。

Objective: It is to study the result of dialysis and Rocaltrol comprehensive treatment for end-stage renal disease(ESRD) with hypocalcemia and hyperphospheremia. Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted. Thirty-one patients, aged 26 to 59, were investigated. The oral dosage(Rocaltrol) was 0.25 μg/d, adjusted according to the therapeutic effect. Recommendation regarding type of dialysis must be individualized. Results: After treatment, serum P was decreased, serum Ca was increased significantly, renal bone diseases were improved apparently, pruritica disappeared. Conclusion: Appreopriate dialysis and Rocaltrol comprehensive treatment show a relatively good therapeutic effect for patients end-stage renal disease with hypocalcemia and hyperphospheremia.
