先通乳口服液促进早泌乳的临床研究

Clinical study of Xian Tong Ru oral liquor in enhancing early lactation

目的 :观察产前服用先通乳口服液对正常产妇乳汁分泌量及血清泌乳素 (PRL)的影响。方法 :通过测量喂奶前后婴儿体质量 ,以其差值作为产妇泌乳量指标 ,观察产前服用先通乳口服液对正常产妇泌乳始动时间、泌乳量及血清 PRL的影响 ,应用放免法测定 PRL。结果 :产前服用先通乳口服液能促进产后早期泌乳 ,使泌乳始动时间显著提前 ,泌乳始动时间在产后 2 4小时、 48小时内的例数较对照组明显增多 (P<0 .0 1) :用药组产后第 1天及第 3天泌乳量较对照组显著增多 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,用药组产后 PRL 水平较对照组显著增高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :先通乳口服液有益气养血 ,和血通络作用 ,其药物药性平和 ,安全无毒副作用。对产后 PRL 的提高作用为先通乳口服液促进早期泌乳、增加泌乳量的机制之一。

Objective: The aim of our study was to observe the effects of Xian Tong Ru(XTR) oral liquor in enhancing early lactation. Methods: 95 patients were divided into a treatment group and a contral group. The volume and starting time of lactation, and prolction(PRL) was detected in both groups. Results: There were significent differents in volume starting time of lactation, and PRL between the two groups. Conclusion: XTR oral liquor has definite effects in enhancing early lactation. One of important mechanisms is improving the level of PRL.
