摘要
用系统工程的观点和统计学的思想,建立了大型公路工程(国道216线)对生态与环境影响的综合评价指标体系。生态与环境受影响程度的等级划分和评价标准,应用权重累和模型,得出了综合评价结果,并筛选出对工程影响反映最敏感的环境因素。
According to system engineering principles and statistics methodology,
the paper suggests an index system for the evaluation of the impact of the
large-scale highway project (216 Line) on the eco-environment. Based on
the system, a classification system and relevant standards for evaluating
the influences are proposed, and a weighting accumlation model is
introduced. The method was applied in the 216 highway project.
