The national strategic positioning of telecommunications industry and its further development in national economy structure constitute opportunities for and challenges to both China and India in the post- financial crisis era. Therefore, it is important to study the achievements and existing problems in Sino-India suggestions for further cooperation between the two countries in telecommunications. Good Sino-India cooperation not only accelerates the recovery and development of global telecommunications industry, but also will contribute to world economic development in general.
