介绍了为提高某型号两缸汽油发动机在低转速时的经济性和动力性以适应增程式纯电动汽车应用的优化设计工作。通过模拟分析软件GT-POWER对基础发动机的进气、排气、正时等系统进行设计优化,使发动机在低转速的燃油经济性和动力性能得以提升,满足增程式纯电动汽车的应用要求。
In order to reduce the fuel consumption and improve the performance of a two-cylinder gasoline engine at low engine speed for Range-extender application, the 1D analysis software GT-POWER was introduced to assist the improvement of intake system, exhaust system and other systems. The optimized fuel consumption and performance can meet the requirement of the Range-extender pure electric vehicle.
