船用柴油机低排放设计技术研究

摘要 为了满足IMO阶段性排放法规要求,对某船用柴油机进行了降低NOx排放技术研究,通过喷油定时、喷油系统特性参数、增压器特性参数的调整和试验研究,使得柴油机在总体结构布置不发生大的变化,不增加额外辅助设备的情况下,达到IMO阶段性法规NOx排放要求,同时兼顾安全性、经济性以及开发成本。 In order to meet the requirement of IMO phased emission law regulation, the technical research of reducing NOx emission has been carried out on base of one type of the marine diesel engine. By the adjustment and test research of the filel injection timing, the characteristic parameters of fuel injection system and the turboeharger, not only can the diesel engine meet the NOx emission requirement of IMO phased law regulation, but also keep the good reliability, economic indicator and development cost without the large change of the engine configuration layout and the addition of the extra-auxiliary equipments.
