摘要 当环境温度为0~10℃时,我们在某型号柴油发动机上进行了冷起动试验,起动效果差。针对该问题,我们从理论上进行了分析。根据分析结果,对起动喷油量、喷油提前角、预热、轨压等方面进行了优化,优化结束后进行了冷起动试验。试验结果表明:预热是改善该型号发动机冷起动性能的主要因素;起动喷油量、喷油提前角、轨压、预喷对起动性能的改善幅度有限。 The paper makes a start testing on some models of diesel engines, when the ambient temperature ranges from 0 to 10 degree. The starting effects are poor. It analyzes it theoretically. According to the results of the analysis, the start fuel injection quantity, injection timing, preheating, rail pressure, etc are optimized. Then, the cold start experiments are carried out. The experiments results showed that: preheat is the main factor to improve the cold start performance for this kind of engine; starting fuel injeclion quantity, injection timing, rail pressure, pre-spray have a limited effects on start performance.
