摘要
针对染料废水中镍(Ni)含量的测试方法进行了探讨,分析了染料废水中其他金属离子(Cu、Cr、Zn)以及Na2So4含量对Ni测定结果的影响。试验结果表明,Na2SO4含量对测试结果产生较大影响,其他金属离子对Ni含量的测定基本无干扰。通过采用背景校正的方法,可获得较为准确的结果。回收试验表明,该方法的回收率达92%。
The detection of nickel content in dye effluent was discussed, the impact of sodium sulfate and metal ions such as Cu, Cr, Zn on the results were investigated. It was resulted that the sodium sulfate had great impact on Ni content test results, but these metals had almost no interference. A more accurate result could be obtained by using the back- ground correction method, and the recovery test showed that the recycling rate of the method reached to 92%.
