摘要 介绍了浮顶油罐用双盘式浮顶结构的有限元模型,主要包括浮顶结构单元选取和边界条件的处理等内容。对处于最危险工况的浮顶进行了有限元计算分析。结果表明,该20×104m3浮顶油罐用双盘式浮顶结构满足规范的相关要求。 Introduced the finite element model of double-deck floating roof of floating roof oil tank, including the structural unit selection of floating roof and the treatment of boundary conditions. For the floating roof in the most dangerous working conditions, finite element calculation and analysis was implemented. The results showed that the double-deck floating roof structure of the 20×10^4 m^3 floating roof oil tank could meet the correlation requirement of tank codes.
