派丽奥局部应用于慢性牙周炎的效果观察

Effect observation on local application of Periocline to chronic periodontitis

目的评价派丽奥局部应用治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法选择21例慢性牙周炎患者的46颗患牙,128个基牙位点,采用随机数字表法分组,仅单纯牙周基础治疗为对照组,1周后以此为基线,对照组只给予碘甘油上药,1次/周,共4次,实验组在基础治疗后1周再做龈下刮治及根面平整术(SRP),然后在牙周袋内注入派丽奥软膏,1次/周,共4次。观察两组在基线、基线后第4周时菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)等指标。结果第4周临床指标较基线时有明显改善(P<0.05),实验组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论派丽奥软膏用于治疗慢性牙周炎效果明显。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of local application of Periocline to chronic periodontitis.Methods 21 sufferers with chronic periodontitis（46 teeth and 128 sites） were grouped by random number table method.The control group were just given periodontal non-surgical treatment,after 1 week as a baseline,and the control group were given iodine glycerin once a week for total four times.The ex- perimental group underwent subgingival scaling and scaling and root planing（SRP） after one week of basic treatment,then in the periodontal pocket injection sent Periocline ointment once a week for total four times.The indexes of plaque index（PLI）,gingival index（GI）,periodontal pocket probing depth（PD）,and gingival sulcus bleeding index（SBI） were observed in both groups at baseline and at 4 weeks after baseline. Results The clinical indexes in the 4th week improved significantly compared to the baseline（P＆lt;0.05）,the experimental group improved better than the control group with difference of statistical significance（ P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Periocline ointment shows obvious effect in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.
