摘要
目的 :探讨酸碱失衡类型的程序化判断方法在临床诊断中的价值。方法 :对 2 86例次不同情况的酸碱失衡进行程序化判断。结果 :表明此判断方法较为精确 ,对各型酸碱失衡 (包括三重酸碱失衡 )均能做出判断。结论 :笔者认为此判断方法较简便 ,准确率较高 ,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: It is to study the value to diagnose the acid-base disturbance in order. Method: The clinical datum obtaited from 286 patients with the various acid-base disturders were analyzed in order. Results: It showed that the diagnostic method in order was more perfect and can diagnose the variou sacid-base disturbame. Conclusion: The method is more simple. Its accurate rate is higher. It is recommended that this method would be used extensively in clinic.
