摘要 随着麻醉理念的转变和医疗技术的提高,外周神经阻滞作为一种独特的麻醉方式正广泛应用于临床。然而,即使借助神经刺激仪或超声介导,仍不可避免地发生一些神经系统并发症。本文从神经解剖到刺激针的选择、持续外周神经阻滞的置管、患者本身因素、局麻药的毒性及防治等方面详细综述神经阻滞的并发症。
