摘要 通过实验研究了二烷基二硫代磷酸铜磨斑表面膜的X射线光电子能谱(XPS),证明了在摩擦表面上生成了抗磨修复的Cu单质,以及FeSO4、FePO4、FeS、CuS、Fe2O3、Fe3O4和含碳有机物、有机硫化物等物质,形成了吸附膜、沉积物膜、摩擦聚合物膜、反应膜及渗透层,探讨了二烷基二硫代磷酸铜的摩擦修复机理。 The spot surface of CuDDP was studied through experiment by means of XPS. It proved that something with anti -wear and reparative function existed in the friction surface, including elemental copper, FeSO4, FePO4, FeS, CuS, Fe203, Fe304, carbonaceous organic materials and organic sulfide. Simultaneity, adsorbed film, deposit film, friction polymer film, response film and filter bed were generated. The tribo -reparative mechanics of CuDDP was discussed.
