摘要
针对油田开发后期,油水关系进一步复杂,层间干扰严重的问题,配套形成了不动管柱换层采油、分采泵分层同采等分采新技术。形成了针对层间油水关系认识不清及频繁换层油井的不动管柱换层采油技术,实现任意反复换层开采;针对多轮次卡封失效、大跨距卡封、小直径卡封等疑难井卡封分采技术,可提高卡封有效期;针对单层开采经济效益差,管理困难井的分采泵分层同采技术实现非均质油藏多层合采。通过2011年分公司立项开展了分层采油新技术研究配套及推广工作,在胜利油田12个采油厂、油公司现场283口井的推广应用,证明了分层采油新技术推广的可行性和必要性。
In the later period of oilfield development, oil - water relationship became further complicated and interlayer interference became more serious. In order to solve the problems above, a series of new technologies were developed including a fixed string able to change the oil production layer and selective mining pump commingled production. Aimed at unclear understanding the oil - water relationship between layer and frequent change layer of fixed string in oil layer, arbitrary repeatedly change layer production was realized. For single layer production with poor economic benefit and difficult managing well, selective mining pump commingled production technology could realize heterogeneous reservoir muhilayer commingled production. In 2011, the Shengli Oil Field carried out new technology of separate layer production research and promotion. Shengli oilfield totally 283 wells in 12 production plants and oil companies applied this technology, which proved the feasibility and necessity of the selective oil production new technology.
