Discussion on Teaching of Organic Stereochemistry

立体化学是有机化学的重要组成部分,在有机化学中地位举足轻重。立体化学是基础有机化学的重点和难点。在多年的教学基础上,论述了有机化学立体构型的几种表示方法及各种构型相互转换的规律。并利用该规律解释了烯烃的亲电加成反应、羰基的亲核加成反应、氧化叔胺的热消除反应、E2消除反应等立体化学问题。

Stereochemistry was one of the important and difficult contents in general organic. Based on the experience of many years teaching, several expressive methods of cubic forms in organic chemistry were discussed and then the effective rule of their conversion to each other was pointed out.
