摘要 构建了以资深教授、青年教师、研究生共同参与指导本科生学位论文,达到同时培养青年教师、研究生和本科生为目的的本科论文新教学模式。以资深教授带领团队整体发展,网络式多节点保障指导无处不在,科研项目导向选题让课题永葆青春,团队协作使团队共同进步和鼓励与激励并举共育创新激情等措施保障新教学模式有效运行。经过近10年的探索与实践,本科生获江苏省本科优秀毕业论文团队奖等多项奖励。 Aiming to cultivate young teachers, graduate students and undergraduates simultaneously and efficiently, a novel teaching mode of supervising undergraduate dissertation in which senior professors, young teachers and graduate students participated in as tutors was built up. For guarantee the effective operation of the novel teaching mode, some necessary measures such as leading by senior professor, network - based multi - node supervising, research - oriented topics, team work and encouragement and incentive scheme, were adopted. After about ten years of exploration and practice, those undergraduate students who experienced the novel teaching mode earned many rewards including the Team Award of OutstandingUndergraduate Thesis of Jiangsu Province.
