摘要
提出了以聚丁二烯接枝苯乙烯丙烯腈(ABS)粉料的合成为主题的、针对高分子材料与工程专业本科生高分子化学实验教学的综合实验建设方案。详细的介绍了此综合实验的教学目标、实验步骤、实验原理以及创新点。在本实验的设计方案中,利用氧化还原引发体系,通过半连续乳液接枝聚合制备ABS粉料,实验将多个知识点融合在一起,极大地调动了学生做实验的兴趣,学生的动手能力、分析及解决问题的能力都得到了锻炼。
The construction scheme of a polymer chemical comprehensive experiment with the theme of synthesis of ABS grafted powder was proposed, which was planned for undergraduates teaching. The aim of experimental steps, experimental principle and the innovation points, and the expected teaching effects the teaching, the of this experiment were introduced in detail. In this construction scheme, ABS powder was prepared using redox initiator system. Through the semi -continuous emulsion graft polymerization, more knowledge fused in together in the experiment, greatly aroused the students' interest in doing the experiment, and students' practical ability, analysis and problem solving skills were exercised.
