高血压合并症分析及综合防治的意义

A Study on Hypertension Complication and Integrated Preventions

目的 :通过对高血压合并症的分析 ,说明高血压综合防治的必要性和可能性。方法 :把我院近 10年的住院病历进行分拣 ,凡以高血压及其高血压合并症为主要诊断的 ,按其年龄、性别、合并症及高血压分期进行统计。结果 :总例数为 2 190例 ,其中 、 期高血压患者有 2 115例 ,占 96 .5 8% ,已经出现心脑合并症的有 1742例 ,占79.5 4% ,其中脑梗塞的发病率男∶女 =2 .45∶ 1;从年龄上看合并症出现的高峰年龄段为 5 0～ 70岁。结论 :尽早地对高血压进行综合防治 ,对重点人群进行全方位的治疗和强化干预 ,以减少或延缓并发症的产生 ,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:By analysing the hypertension complication,to explaine the necessibility and possibitity of hypertension integrated prevention.Method:Cases suffered hypertension or its complication were selected and analyzed according to their sex,age,complication and stages among inpatients during the recent ten years in our hospital.Results:In the 2 190 selected cases,the percentage of the stageⅡ and stageⅢ period hypertension cases were 96 58%(2 115).The percentage of cardovascular & cerebrovascular complication cases were 79 54%(1 742).The incidence ratio of cerebral infraction between men and women is 2 45 to 1.The peak ages for people who are most likely to suffer these complictions are between 50~70 years.Conclusion:We should try to prevent hypertension as soon as possible and give comprehensive treatment to the high risk people to reduce & postpone the happening of the complications and improve the patient quality of life.
