嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌115株的耐药特征研究

摘要 嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(stenotrophomonas maltophilia)是一种需氧的非发酵革兰阴性菌,为条件致病菌.近年来,随着广谱抗生素在临床中的广泛应用,该菌的感染率不断上升,已成为医院感染的重要病原菌.嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌常表现为对多种抗生素耐药,对部分抗生素甚至高度耐药.为了解本院嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌感染的耐药情况,本研究对115 株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌临床分布及抗菌药物的耐药性进行了分析,为临床合理使用抗生素提供有效依据,现总结报告如下.
