近年来,政协委员履职环境总体上越来越好,但仍然存在一些不足,需要克服错误认识,落实相关制度,在各方面重视政协委员履职环境的优化;提高培训的针对性,增强培训的实践性,通过培训提升政协委员履职的素质;设立委员工作室、民情联系员及联合视察日,采取各种措施创新政协委员履职载体。

The working environment for CPPCC members has been generally improved in recent years. However, certain shortcomings remain to be overcome. Efforts should be made in correcting general misperceptions and implementing related regulations. Trainings provided for CPPCC member＇s should be specific and practical, while positions such as member committees as well as consultants should be established to support innovations in developing ideal working environments for CPPCC members.
