流式细胞仪检测粒细胞抗体在白细胞减少症免疫学分型中的临床意义(附101例病例分析)

RELATION BETWEEN LEUKOPENIA IMMUNOPHINOTYPE AND GRANULOCYTE AUTOANTIBODIES DETECTED BY FLOW CYTOMETRY

目的 :检测白细胞减少症患者粒细胞抗体及其亚型 ,分析白细胞减少症免疫学分型。方法 :利用流式细胞仪和抗人IgG、IgA、IgM单克隆抗体检测白细胞减少症患者粒细胞抗体及其亚型。结果 :约 1 /4～ 1 /2的白细胞减少症患者粒细胞抗体阳性 ,不同病因白细胞减少症的粒细胞抗体亚型不同。结论 :用流式细胞仪测定粒细胞抗体方法灵敏、结果准确 ,可以为临床治疗白细胞减少提供依据。

Objective:To explore the relationship of immunophinotype of leukopenia and granulocyte autoantibodies.Methods:Flow cytometry and monoclonal antibodies(McAbs) were used to detect and analyze autoantibodies and their subsets.Results:About 1/4 1/2 of leukopenic patients carry the autoantibodies.The subsets of autoantibodies were different in respeot to the causes of leukopenia.Conclusion:Detecting and analysing autoantibodies and their subsets of patients with leukopenia by flow cytometry can not only give us the information that patients with leukopenia carry autoantibodies or not,but also show us the subsets of autoantibodies.It will help us to treat patients with different therapeutic methods.
